Ningbo Sanding Steel Pipe Engineering Co Ltd., primarily produce large and medium spiral welded steel pipes. NSPE locates in Ningbo Economic and Technology Development Zone, It is west close to the famous deepwater harbour-Beilun harbor, with a relatively beneficial geographical position.

We have imported a set of spiral welded-seam pipe mill with advanced technology from WILSON BYARD PLC in Britain,and possess world first class ultrasonic inspection system,X-ray on-line inspection system,large-scale hydrostatic tester,also set up laboratory for quality, physical and chemical analysis with full function. Most of our pipes have been used in medium and low pressure liquid transfers and piles,including large-scale projects such as bridges,piers,and structural foundations.We also can realize movable production. Production capacity is 200,000 tons annually. Diameter range is from 400mm to 3050mm, wall thickness range is 5mm - 25.4mm.

Since the assembly line of NSPE formally putting into production on June,1995, various of pipe used in areas like electric power construction, port terminals, petrochemical industry, municipal water supply,road and bridge, light industry.Main projects like Hongkong No.9 container terminal pipe supply; Chengdu City BOT project- supply water pipe with specification2438x16,27,000 tonne ,acquire high appreciation from general contractor,France general waterworks company. East sea crossing bridge-supply pipe with large diameter.etc.Nspe gain outstanding achievement in the trade in recent years.

After win the bid of Hangzhou Bay sea crossing bridge pipe project during fierce competition at the end of year2002,NSPE built a manufacture base at Qingzhi industry zone in short nine months.New base occupy area 60,000 square metre ,own three advanced line which can realize producing over-size,over-weight spiral welded-seam pipe and unequal width of wall,set with on line testing system,physical and chemical anslysis center and a 5,000 tonne jetty pier. In recent years NSPE completed batches of high stardard pipe for Hangzhou Bay sea crossing bridge,Jintang bridge and other large scale projects.

After more than 10 years of producing pipes,we have become the most prominent in the industry. Where we were honoured with the Ningbo City Super Brand award,and obtain API certificate.The quality assurance system of NSPE is in conformity with ISO9001:2000 standard.
