Ningbo Sanding Steel Pipe Engineering Co Ltd., primarily produce submerged arc welding steel pipe, with total assets of nearly four hundred million, has a number of large modern steel pipe manufacturing mill, now become a leader in large-diameter welded steel pipe industry.

The company have imported a set of spiral welded pipe units with advanced technology from United Kingdom,possess advanced longitudinally welded tubing mill, and world first class on-line ultrasonic testing inspection systems, real-time x-ray inspection system, large-scale hydraulic testing machine,also set up a laboratory with full function for quality, physical and chemical analysis.

Qing Zhi Industrial zone cover an area of 60,000 square meters, with two pipe production line can manufacte pipe pile with overlong, overweight, varied wall thickness, equipped with two anti-corrosion production lines and a 5,000 tonne jetty pier. can ship steel pipe piles up to 120 meters.

Dagang Industrial zone with an area of 16,000 square meters, set a spiral welded pipe production line with fluid delivery, and corresponding equipment like chamfering machine, hydraulic pressure testing machine, anti-corrosion production line for internal and external coating.

The mating and Longitudinal welded steel tube factory cover an area of more than 10,000 square meters, layout two Longitudinal welded steel tube production lines.

Spiral welded pipe: diameter φ400 ~ 3600mm, thickness δ5 ~ 25mm, main technical characteristics: large diameter, limit wall thickness, overlength pipe , moveable production. Annual production capacity of 200,000 tons.Longitudinal welded steel tube: diameter φ400 ~ 6000mm, wall thickness δ ≤ 80mm (φ3000mm), & ≤ 60mm (φ2000mm), annual production capacity of 70,000 ~ 120,000 tons.

Ningbo Water and Environment Project, etc.. Successfully completed 356,000 tons pipe piles manufacture for the worlds first Crossing Sea Bridge - - Hangzhou Bay Bridge, 177,000 tons pipe piles for Zhoushan Islands Link Project Jintang Bridge; 70,000 tons pipe piles for Xiangshan Crossing Sea Bridge; and manufactured pipe piles for other domestic key projects like Guangdong Nanao Bridge, Fujian Pingtan Bridge. Since Year2007, the company successfully exported pipe piles to Australia and Middle East, obtain highly praise from customers and the community.
